Terms of Service

By using PairHarbor (pairharbor.com) you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service. You must be at least 16 years old.

PairHarbor turns text you provide about yourself into an interactive skill cloud, which you can optionally publish or save to an account. The service is in an early, pre-launch stage: features may change, break, or be removed, and availability is not guaranteed.

You own the text and files you submit. You grant us a limited license to process them solely to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy, submitted text is analyzed once and not stored. Only submit content you have the right to share: don't upload other people's personal information, confidential material, or credentials.

Skill clouds are produced by automated AI analysis. They are estimates, can be wrong or incomplete, and are provided for exploration, not as a factual assessment of any person. Don't rely on them for employment, credit, or any other consequential decision about someone.

Don't:

• break the law, or submit unlawful or abusive content;
• impersonate someone or build a profile of another person without their consent;
• probe, scrape, overload, or disrupt the service or its APIs;
• attempt to access data belonging to other users;
• try to manipulate the analysis with injected instructions;
• use messaging to spam, harass, deceive, or attempt to unmask another user. We may remove messages and suspend senders who do.

Keep your sign-in method secure; you're responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can stop using the service and delete your saved data at any time.

The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PairHarbor is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (currently: nothing, as the service is free).

We may update these terms as the product evolves; the date above reflects the latest revision. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
