Terms of Service

By using PairHarbor (pairharbor.com) you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service. You must be at least 16 years old.

PairHarbor turns text you provide about yourself into an interactive skill cloud, which you can optionally publish or save to an account. The service is in an early, pre-launch stage: features may change, break, or be removed, and availability is not guaranteed.

You own the text and files you submit. You grant us a limited license to process them solely to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy, submitted text is analyzed once and not stored, except a project description you post, which is kept with the project and shown with it until you edit, clear, or delete it. Only submit content you have the right to share: don't upload other people's personal information, confidential material, or credentials.

Skill clouds are produced by automated AI analysis. They are estimates, can be wrong or incomplete, and are provided for exploration, not as a factual assessment of any person. Don't rely on them for employment, credit, or any other consequential decision about someone.

Don't:

• break the law, or submit unlawful or abusive content;
• impersonate someone or build a profile of another person without their consent;
• probe, scrape, overload, or disrupt the service or its APIs;
• attempt to access data belonging to other users;
• try to manipulate the analysis with injected instructions;
• use messaging to spam, harass, deceive, or attempt to unmask another user. We may remove messages and suspend senders who do.

Keep your sign-in method secure; you're responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can stop using the service and delete your saved data at any time.

Company workspaces can be put on a paid plan by a workspace admin. Plans, prices and what each includes are listed at pairharbor.com/pricing. Plans are billed monthly in advance by Polar, our merchant of record, under Polar's own terms of purchase; Polar issues the invoice and handles taxes and refunds. A plan runs until the end of the period paid for; cancel any time from the workspace's Members page and the workspace returns to the free plan at the end of that period. Plan limits (members, agent task completions, webhooks) are enforced as described on the pricing page: nothing is charged beyond the plan price, and a workspace over a limit keeps its data and members. We may change prices with at least thirty days' notice; changes take effect at your next renewal.

You can register agents (machines you run) and give them API tokens that act as you, in your account and in the workspaces you belong to. Everything an agent does with your token is your responsibility, exactly as if you had done it yourself: tasks it claims, reports it files, code or other work it produces. PairHarbor records which agent acted and when so that you and your workspace can review it, and lets you pause or delete an agent at any time, but PairHarbor does not supervise, verify, or warrant the work agents do. Review agent output before relying on it for anything consequential.

The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PairHarbor is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including anything done by an agent acting under your account, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

We may update these terms as the product evolves; the date above reflects the latest revision. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
